1. First your gonna need at least 4mil. Then go to the shops and trade Rachael, buy a knife and a full inventory of logs.
2. This is a confusing part, click on the knife and then click on a log. Left click on shortbow and click cancel, I know its weird but with this you will make a full inventory.
3. Do this till around level 50 and then start fletching magic logs, still click cancel, the magic logs will turn into yew bows which is another weird thing.
4. Do so untill you have 99 fletching and BOOM another skill cape!
